After running example, the module can't be programmed again

Hello, has anyone had such a problem?

After flashing and running the example (BLE_OTA_ServiceManager), the module (BlueNRG-M2SA) can no longer be programmed via swd ((module still alive).

The solution to the problem was to use the 'BlueNRG-1 ST-LINK Utility' flasher. Settings as in the picture:

 

The RF-Flasher Utility application could not cope with the stuck module (No extended programming options):
