Alternatives to TC2030 tag connectors

What kind of connectors do you use, when there's no space for soldered connectors for flashing your boards?

I wonder if there's a wider distributed (and cheaper) solution than TC2030-nl connectors. Those are nice, but waaaaaaay too expensive.
