Availability of ST87M01 NBIOT modules

The ST87M01 NBIOT module has been announced but is only going to large scale manufacturers at present as samples. Does anyone know roughly how long it’s likely to be before it would be available to us smaller players?

    The Mass Market launch has been done in November, you can find documentation on ST website and evaluation kits at distributors.
