B-U585I-IOT02A board with external SD Card reader with FATFS

Hi, I have B-U585I-IOT02A board. I'd like to log data to an uSD card. Is it possible to connect external SD Card reader along with FATFS ? If so, which protocol to use SPI or MMC and which physical ports? I don't use onboard: gyroscope, magnetometer, lcd interface, touchscreen interface.

One could perhaps check schematic vs data sheet to see if you've got any hope of exposing the SDMMC interfaces.
