Currently we are using KS8721CL of MFR : Microchip and we are looking for an alternate part , Could you suggest an alternate part

The KS8721CL is or was a PHY for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 100BASEFX, which STMicroelectronics does not have in its portfolio. However, maybe one of the users in the community has a recommendation for you.

You are asking for alternates, but have not named a single requirement and have not even told what exactly you mean by "alternate". With such amount of information I can recommend DP83561.
