    Figure it is the same EV diode, not sure ST has others using same codes.

    Looks like it is supposed to be a flyback diode for a relay or other inductive load

    Hello.

    I will send you an electronic board, this "unknown" diode comes after Semiconductor Diode. Maybe this si really a flyback diode?
