After closing serial port, when i re-open serial port with the updated baud rate, I'm getting an error:  Failed to execute MI command:
          -data-disassemble -s 4294967228 -e 4294967330 -- 3
          Error message from debugger back end:
          Cannot access memory at address 0xffffffbc
