For STEVAL-IDP003V1 module I've acquired for IO-LINK communication with STEVAL-IDP004V2 master module... Where can I find the HEX file to download on the SLAVE SENSOR? Is it included in the STEVAL-IDP004V2 package? Please tell me soon. Thank you.
