How to implement DLMS/COSEM Protocol on STEVAL-IPP002V1 board.

I am interested to work on Energy Meter Project by using STEVAL-IPP002V1 Board. but i don't understand how to implement DLMS/COSEM Stack over there.So Please suggest me the implementation steps for this as soon as possible.
