I cant connect toBLUENRG 232 IC to BLUENRG ST link utility , Target not connected.

Pin connection:

ST link ------ BLUENRG232

SWDIO SWDIO

SWCLK SWCLK

GND GND

3.3V VCC

I have also made IO7 high with 10K resister To HIGH.

I am using IC and supporting Circuit.

 I made PCB with supporting circuit for BLUENRG232 IC . The St link utility is not detecting the target.
