IDP003V1 doesn't communicate

Good morning,

I would like to plan a new device with IO-Link bus. Device is a rotary multiturn absolute encoder. I bought the master STEVAL-IOM001V1 and the device STEVAL-IDP003V1. I’ve properly installed the TEConcept’s tool IO-Link Control Tool and loaded the right IODD files for the device.

The problem:

Master’s side seems working properly. When I turn on the device and start IO-link communication, I can see message coming in device’s side but NO RESPONSE from device.

What can I check?

Any solution?
