Is it possible to lower the carrier frequency to 100 MHz approximately?

Hello dear community!!! I understand of course that this is somewhat not the right question, but I would like to know if it is possible to somehow lower the s2-lp transmission/reception frequency to 100 MHz, maybe lower, as part of training and research only, not for commercial purposes. Thank you.
