Is there an IBIS model for the 54AC2525 with the 3.0V/3.6V MIN/MAX process corners for worst-case analysis?

The 54AC2525 IBIS Model does not have worst-case corners set up in the model. The model is instead set to run at TYP (3.3V), MIN (2.5V), and MAX (5V). Typically, MIN and MAX are process corners are 3.0V and 3.6V covering the min/max supply. Is there a way to get an ibis model with the actual worst-case/best-case corners at 3.3V? Thanks!
