Is there any WB series chip that supports Bluetooth and Canbus ? It seems that CAN device is not present in those devices? We would like to make CAN & Bluetooth bridge in one device.

Tips: use ST-MCU-FINDER tool downloadable from this link.

Select your device/series and you can find what is available as perpheral.

According to this screenshot from MCU finder tool: WL/WB don't have an embedded CAN cell.

So you can use WB/WL and another MCU as a bridge for CAN communication.. Here, choose the lowest cost MCU with CAN.
