LIV3F's input Vcc_io gets randomly tied to gnd
Hi everybody,
I have been using for a while liv3f product and, before creating the schematics i read carefully the hardware manual and the electrical caracteristics.
Once I have put it on a pcb, it was working well and i was getting gps signals. But after no more than 4 days, the input Vcc_io becomes tied to Gnd and the module does not work anymore.
This problem have been happening for 3 times now, I am really confused because I don't know why.
The LIV3F pins are connected as follow :
- TX -> MCU RX
- RX -> MCU TX
- 1PPS -> MCU input
- WAKE-UP -> MCU output
- VCC_IO -> 3v3
- VCC -> 2v4
- SYS_RSTN -> MCU output (usually 1)
- VCC_RF -> not connected
- ANT_OFF -> not connected
- RF_IN --- 100 nH Inductor --- 3v3 ---- 120 pF capacitor ---- GND (connected to external active antenna)
