Red LED on STEVAL-IDB012V1 board constantly ON

Hi, Can someone please help me explain what's going on or guide me in solving an issue with my STEVAL-IDB012V1 board? I'm debugging a project with WiSE Studio on the STEVAL-IDB012V1 board, but recently started having Launching problems with the device with the red LED on it constantly ON [See images]. Unplugging and plugging the USB cord used to fix it but not anymore.  Thank you for your help.
