Regarding thermal data for the parts.

kindly assist us with below mentioned queries...

For the some Stm components Datasheet did not specify a thermal characteristics.
For the thermal simulation we need a thermal resistance of junction-board and thermal resistance of junction-board 
values. part series mentioned below..

For the above mentioned part series we need a junction-case thermal resistance and junction-board thermal resistance. so, can you please provide these data as soon as possible.
