S2-LP Gm Crit Value

We have a problem to drive a crystal some of the PCB on after the mass production as we tought have problem to value of XO_RCO_CONF0  registers GM_CONF values.

Is there any body help that value?

How can we solve that problem?

Is this value critical?

 

Note: The crystal had been used completly same with S2-LP's suggest.
