S2-LP SDO pin not tri-stated issue fixed?

Hello,

The S2-LP errata sheet dated 11//2016 states that the SDO pin does not tri-state as expected, for silicon with device info 0x0391.

Has this been fixed in later silicon revision?

Hello,

Yes tri-state in cut 2.1 (0x91) has been fixed in the next version cut 3.0 (0xC1). You find cut 2.1 on eval board X-NUCLEO-S2xxxAx and FKIxxxVx, and 3.0 if you buy the IC from resellers.
