Can you tell me is the SIM7022 is also compatible with the ST4SIM-200M.

If by SIM7200 you mean the 3FF Micro SIM Connector from GCT, then ST4SIM-200M in the 3FF card variant can be contacted with it, but not the 2FF or 4FF cards and of course not the WLCSP and VFDFPN packages.

The Sim7022 is a NB-IoT Modem from Simcom and a solderded Esim of ST.
