ST4SIM-200m, is it possible to load my own profile? (not truphone)

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to load profiles that are not from Truphone onto the ST4SIM, but all I get are errors. The most basic question I cannot find an answer to is whether the chip does not allow loading profiles from external companies.

I'm using an EC25-E Quectel modem, and their support told me that my problem is with the e-SIM, not with the modem.

Any help is appreciated.
