STEVAL-FKI433V2 not working

Hi,

 

I have an STEVAL-FKI433V2  board which I am trying to work on using S2-LP DK on windows.

When I connect the board and try to open the com port, it requests to update the firmware on the L0.

Did that, and still it does not work. It always requests to update the firmware...

Any assistance?
