STEVAL-IME009V1 (STHV-800) : Unable to connect to Win10 PC via USB

According to the datasheet (AN4471), connecting the board to PC via the USB should cause specified LEDs to light up to indicate ready to use but not all did (D23, D4) and I was unable to connect the board to programs provided by ST intended to upload custom waveforms.

I've tried using DfuSeDemo, UPWD/UPWUI and STM32CubeProgrammer to establish a connection but all of them were unable to.

In device manager, connecting the board shows "STM32 DFU" under USB devices but only STM32CubeProgrammer v2.6.0 detects it and gives "Error: unknown or unsupported device (DevID = 0x0000)"

Why is the evaluation board unable to connect to the PC and what is the solution for this?

    Hello.

I am currently trying to use STEVAL-IME009V1 (STHV-800) also.

Would it be possible to know how to program the waveform?

I figured out that I need to make a dfu file for it, but not sure how to modify the dfu file(STSW-IME009_May_2014.dfu) they provide.

    Thank you,
