STS1TX user here The SMPS sub system seems to crash on power-up at random times, on some (but not all) chips What could be causing this ?
Very standard "app note" circuit
Good decoupling. 2.8v switched supply rail
XO is up within 350uS of startup
Device is programmed about 100uS after detection of the "reset OK" state
