Using S2-LP without crystal
Does anyone have any details on register settings to get the S2-LP running from XIN rather that a crystal? The documentation is a bit thin in this area.
You do not need a special register setting to connect an oscillator instead of a crystal. You should only switch the synchronisation of the internal RCO from XO to XI by setting XO_RCO_CONF0 from 0 to 1. However, note the connection conditions to XIN when using the oscillator, which are listed in the pin description for XIN in section 3.2.
