What is the power consumption of level shifter when only one power supply is applied ?

Hi,

We are using the 54VCXH163245 in one of our designs. The chip has 3.3 V VCCA and 1.8 V VCCB. According to datasheet, VCCB must be powered before VCCA at startup. Have you done measurements on the current consumption of the device when VCCA is set and there is no VCCB ?

We observe a high power consumption (about 2 A) on the 3.3 V until the 1.8 V is risen (6 ms after). Can this chip be reponsible for this ?
