Which esim chip I can use in smartwatch for consumer

Which esim chip I can use in smartwatch . ? I see two type of SIM M2M and Consumer . But consumer SIM is not available but I see M2M sim available . can we use M2M sim ST4SIM-200M in smartwatch for consumer . ? 

Please help in selection of right ST SIM .
