Wifi+BLE Disconnected issues

Hi.,

Good after noon.,

 

we are using LBEE5HY1MW-230 and WSM-BL241-ADA-008 wife+BLE module for Our Smart lock controller board  adn Processor board, sometimes this module was disconnected/does nor Shows the Bluetoohth after Commission and decommission process?why? please explain?
