Working with In5 and In6 channels on ADC1 with STEVAL-STWINT1B

I've been working with the STEVAL-STWINT1B board. I want to measure and record 2 analog signals. Only ADC1 input channels IN5 and IN6 are available as single ended inputs and are accessed by PA0 and PA1 GPIOS. They share the inputs with the microphones. Do I have to de-solder and remove the microphones to use PA0 and PA1 for analog channel inputs? Would I be able to the the opamp as well?
