Hi, I am currently having an issue where the MotionFX_manager_run Function is taking 4ms to process, blocking and starving other tasks. I am running at 48MHz on the STM32WB55 using the softfp compilation. Hi,I am trying to make the interrupt work on the the Y-Axis, X-Axis, or Z-Axis.Here are the outputs I am getting. Threshold set to 960 mg. I am trying to connect to a custom STM32L433-based development board (https://www.tindie.com/products/tleracorp/butterfly-stm32l433-development-board/) which is connected to an LSM6DSOX using UNICO, and while I can see the COM port in UNICO, when I try to connect to it (or try to connect automatically) the UNICO program crashes. I am sure I am doing something wrong but what could it be? Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,I'm trying to get the MEMS microphone (components U21 and U20 on the STM32F746g-disco) to work with SAI. I save my microphone inputs into a buffer with 1000 8-bit values via HAL_SAI_Receive_DMA. Below I have written my MX_SAI_Init() and HAL_SAI_MspInit(). I realise that the slots in the SAI audio frame are important, and from what I have learned I have initialized 4 slots with 2 active, 1 and 3.As of now, the input buffer fills every adress with the value 255. I have been looking around the forum for quite some time and gotten a bit further, but it would be very helpful if someone with more experience with SAI could give me feedback on my initialization. I'm using with cubemx the additional sotfware X-CUBE_MEMS1 with Terminal data logger and chose the mems LP22HB on a nucleo F401RE.When I do it in I2C it's working fine.No I configure the LP22HB in SPI with CS on GND. And connect for SPI. I configurate the SPI1 with pull-up on SCL,Clock Polarity HIGH,Clock phase 2 Edge, prescaler 32.But no communication!I see the clock at the beggining but nothing on MOSI or MISO on a scope.I join the project!Can you help me

It also performs gyroscope deviation and magnetometer hard iron calibration. I am experimenting with LSM9DS1 to develop a sweeping robot based on Raspberry Pi 4A.How do I perform gyroscope deviation and magnetometer hard iron calibration? Can ST provide static libraries under this platform?

 I was hoping that if there is some open-source software or STMicroelectronics based software in which I can send the serial data and that software could show the data in any graph format. Like, I need 4 windows on a single window, one for accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, and for roll angle. There is software available by STM called X-NUCLEO but these are for only STM based MEMS sensor board. If you have any idea about this, please suggest.Thank you.

I am having a problem with an LIS3DH device on a common SPI bus with a serial flash memory chip. I am wondering if I may be doing something that I should not. The two devices share a common SPI bus (SPC, SDI and SDO). The LIS3DH and the memory each have individual CS lines.All works fine until I try to access particular memory locations in the serial flash. It seems as if the LSI3DH is, while it's CS is high, listening to the SPC and SDI lines and treating them like I2C SCL and SDA lines. Then under very particular pattern conditions, when I would have liked the LIS3DH to remain "silent", it detects an I2C Start condition. And so, some number of clock cycles later, I see the SDI (SDA) line being pulled down (fighting against the microcontroller, which was trying to keep it high at that point.)I am thinking that, because the "CS" line on the LIS3DH is really an interface mode selector (I2C/SPI), it is unsafe to use LIS3DH devices on a common

Hello and thank you for your help ahead of time.I am working on a vehicle detection product using the LIS2MDL and noticed a strange anomaly with the Z-axis when I was testing for stability over temperature. Showm in the attached photo, the Z-axis randomly become very noisy until i moved a piece of ferrous metal near the sensor, at which point it stopped. It was only the z-axis too, all others remained very stable as can be seen in the graph. It should also be noted that this behavior was rare and doesn't happen every time im evaluating the stability. This behavior is very undesirable if it would happen randomly on the final product.Any idea on what could be causing this? Could the Pin 5 Capacitor trace length cause this? Any ideas are greatly appreciated.Thanks again for your help.

I think that this board can measure precision current.​So I want to use full range of current.​I see "*range_ma 200" command via UART comm monitoring.As per page4 of schematic, board can be configured x100 gain.I'd like to increase current measurement range.Can you provide UART command which can increase current measurement range?(I want to know UART command each gain.)Thank you.Justin.

For a certain app that acquires at 1hz temperature and accelerometer data, I measure that SPI consumes 2.2% more power than I2C. How do I make SPI perform better as it is supposed to. My settings are 104Hz conversion, 4 lines SPI at 1mbps (781 kbps actual) or 2 line I2C (400 kbps) , +/-8g, 1 hz acquisition, 1.75V supply, 12kOhm SDA/SCL pullup for I2C.

We have used MEMS Sensor LIS302DL in our older customer project. Part LIS302DL is obsolete.Please advice suitable replacement part.Important consideration for replacement :1) require equivalent part operate at 3.3V,2) use same software driver as LIS30DL. Meaning work with existing firmware.

Hi! I am trying to establish a SPI comm with an LIS2DE12 accelerometer. First, I would like to say that I have checked phase, polarity, msbFirst and CS. I am using an EM9304 as the master of the communication, and the spi clock frequency is aproppriated.Writing or reading from the sensor, makes it sends an weird symmetrical waveform in to MISO pin.(This waveform is equal to the LIS2DE12 ID (0X33 = 00110011))I had tried many different registers (writing and reading) and the sensor only send this signal. PS: Both images corresponds to clock and MISO. The MOSI signals was checked too and it is sending the correct bytes to the sensor.
