Burn-in Specifications of MEMS Accelerometer ?

I am looking for the burn-in specifications for a MEMS accelerometer device/sensor. Could you please help me with this information? Thank you

We don't publish burn-in specs in the datasheet or community, they are part of internal reliability qualification or available upon request.
