Help with top marking code for LSM6DSOXTR

I work on quality control for a company and I need to create an instruction of incoming for the item PN  LSM6DSOXTR, but I can't find any documentation about the topmarking of this item.

It is mark on the item 
S4
QR CODE

Is the "S4" the marking for  LSM6DSOXTR ?

I believe that S4 is the top marking for the  LSM6DSOXTR but I need to find the oficial information that explain that.

The LSM6DSOXTR is marked S4, the line below the 2D matrix code is the date code YWW = year (last digit) and calendar week of the assembly

No, depending on the product category, the marking is internal information, which applies in this case.
