you can use the command *setvddio3.3 to set VDDIO=3.3V. This and all other commands are listed in UM2116.

Is there a way to send comands in the unico Gui?

I tested The UART Interface and only the command

"*list"

did somthing

the Command

"*setdbMKI195V1" to select the LSM6DSRX Sensor i use got an

"inf Adapter nor supported" response

The conds *setvddio3.3 or *setvdda3.3 changed nothing nor got an response.
