I have a STWINKT1B board with me. I am using Preditctive_Maintenence_BLE project of STM32CubeFunctionPack_PREDMNT1_V2.4.0. How to use IIS3DWB in this project?

Preditctive_Maintenence_BLE has been done for ISM330DHCX, so to use it for IIS3DWB you need to include the sensor's drivers in the project (find it in \STM32CubeFunctionPack_PREDMNT1_V2.4.1\Drivers\BSP\Components\iis3dwb).

However you should also modify Preditctive Maintenence parameters according to the new sensor, but this is a pretty tricky procedure but if you're in for a challenge this is a good opportunity to test yourself!
