IIS2ICLX inclination

Hello, I'm looking for a very high precision inclination sensor. I found this IIS2ICLX. I have some questions on the specifications.

1) What is the repeatability of the device?

2) From the spec sheet, it might seem like the repeatability of the device is 0.075mg but it's unclear. If that is the spec, can you help me in converting this to degrees?

3) Are there other devices that have a higher repeatability?

What do you mean by repeatability?

0.075 mg/°C is the stability over temperature.

Hii mam,i am also looking for high precision inclination ic is IIS2ICLX this ic will suitable for my requirment resolution 0.001 to 0.005 degree and accuracy sholud be 0.01 degree .if not please tell any other ic that meets my requiments...Waiting for your positive reply
