IIS3DWBTR power down to wake up process

Hi,

We have achieved lowest current consumption(5.5uA) in power down mode as per datasheet with the pin configuration.

Now we are trying to wake up from power down mode,

1. By enabling the accelerometer CTRL1_XL register-101_Value ,but still module is in power down mode

please let us know the correct wake up procedure from power down mode, without clearing the existing registers.

Have you already tried to write A0h in register 10h? If yes, can you share the initial steps of your code? Just to check your writing.
