ISM330DHCX Measurement

Hi. I have been looking at the internal operation of MEMS devices and am looking for information on how this sensor takes the reading from the mechanical parts. I am trying to find out if this sensor uses capacitive sensing or frequency drift and time period for one sample to be acquired from the MEMS structure. The available documentation does not list much information of this and any additional information would be great.
