There is no p2p and drop-in alternative, but you can have a look at the I3G4250D.

Hi @S.VR​ ,

alternatively, you might consider the LSM6DSO(X) device (which is an IMU, so axl + gyro).

Both have the same package dimension (2.5mmx3mm, LGA 14L) and pinout.

You might need some minor software changes.
