LSMDSOX + Profimems ((STEVAL-MKI109V3)

I have been trying to log data using LSMDSOX + Profimems, but it does not record any data. I have attached pictures of this. I have not updated the firmware, and I am using Ubuntu 22.04. I have exported the data to a file, and it is empty.

Are you using the latest version of MEMS Studio?

Do you always get the error that the sensor was not recognized?

Hi @Federica Bossi , I used version 1.3.0. I could not upgrade the firmware, and I get the error about 2 out of 5 times. When the error does not show up, I cannot see any data in the data monitor.

It is very strange, could it be that the adapter is not inserted properly? Do you have any others to see if you are still experiencing the same problem?
