I have used this part EMIF06-MSD04F3 in my design.

Now i'm moving ahead for production.

Is there any drop in replacement or recommended alternates?

Well, it's not OBSOLETE, just NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs). You can still buy and stock it (or ask your distributor to do so for you).

There is no direct replacement or substitute that can be used immediately, but perhaps you can find an alternative on the website which meets your requirements?
