but ST72F561J9TBXS Datasheet not mentioned suffix B temperature range, could you please share? thanks!

these particular microcontrollers were discontinued a long time ago, but were also not generally available, as they were custom devices that only the specific customer had documentation on.

There are also no substitutes for these devices.
