Are TSV321RAILT & TSV321RILT pin configurations exactly the same?

Are the pin configurations for TSV321RAILT and TSV321RILT exactly the same?
I'm having trouble finding this information in the datasheet.

Welcome @n_minakata, to the community!

The two order designations differ exclusively in the offset voltage, which is indicated by the inserted letter 'A'. The offset values are given in the data sheet, table 3 for VCC=3V and table 4 for VCC=5V.

The pin assignment is exactly identical for both.
