Best way to request samples

What's the best way to request samples?

The store indicates sorting by free samples, but I'm at a loss to understand how to request past that.

To choose a sample...(max. 2 pieces afaik), here:

.... obviously on this old 26ct cpu are no free samples. As this stm8 series is mature, old and nobody needs a  sample to develop something new.

If you want such old stm8 , buy it ; mouser, digikey , or here in  the e-store.

 

Samples are for new products , to give user a "free try our new xxx product " , like this:

-> If there is no "FREE" label, there is no sample for this product.
