Welcome @IMoni, to the community!

The marking GB1309 refers to an IGBT that was discontinued many years ago. It was very similar to the STGB14NC60KD, which has also been discontinued and had these main parameters:

  • D2PAK, pinning GCE
  • 600V, 14A @ 100°C, 25A @ 25°C
  • Ptot: 80W @ 25°C
  • VGEth: 4.5V min, 6.5V max
  • VCEsat: 2.1V typ @ 25°C, 1.8V @ 125°C
  • Qg: 34.4nC

Hope this helps?

Regards
/Peter

STGB is a prefix for some of STM's IGBTs.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your valuable assistance. Your support in identifying the component was extremely helpful. Whit the similar component what you described, I am trying to find a part for the unit to be repaired.

Than you!
