This product is NRND (Not recommended for New Design) and it seems a PTN (Product Termination Notice) have been issued.

If you are an actual customer using SPEAr320S, I recommend you to get in contact with your usual local support or to enter a ticket using https://my.st.com/ols

Btw, beside many considerations, I recommend you to have a look on STM32MP1 products offering in case you are going to redesign previous products based on SPEAr.
