customer received part with marking 46FT8924 which isn't mentioned in datasheet (see attached). Can you provide document that says this is correct?

I would say 4GFT instead of 46FT in the 1st row.

And 4GFT corresponds to ST M24128-BFMC6TG eeprom device.
