Hello, Can you please help to indentify this transistor and sugest replacement for it. It is from electric scooter charger. Writings are 14808 GK048VC, however I cannot find any information on this part. Your help is greatly apreciated.

STB14808 power mosfet TO220 ?

This might be a custom part for someone, seems to show up on Chinese sites, perhaps there is a datasheet in one of their repo's

Yes, it is the already discontinued STP14808 (P = TO220), but unfortunately for once I have no more information about it.

It could be similar to the STP140N8F7, so if the working voltage is well below 80V you could give it a try.
