Hello! I am looking for FIT values for M95256-DRMN3TP EEPROM. Could any body please assist in calculating the FIT rate at 55°C and 80 °C and at 60 %CL aswell as 90 %CL? Thanks

FITs at 55°C are:

1.1 CL 60%

2.7 CL 90%

FITs at 85°C are:

8.4 CL 60%

21.1 CL 90%
