It is a part for which information is not publicly available. Any replacement would have to be through the OEM of the product. I can say it is a N Ch Mosfet.

hi, thanks for your really quick answere the problem is that it is an old object and the company that produced it is disappeared and it is almost impossble to get a replacement, if you can provide at list few little specific i can try to sobstitute it with a compatible device. thanks in advance for your answere

I wont be able to get access to the specs. However, if you can make some determinations of the operating paramaters, then a substitute can be found!

Basically, gate drive voltage used, VDD max, Drain current., that kind of thing.
