Hi, my BOSE powered subwoofer uses ST 137651 and ST 137652 transistors, I believe they have been discontinued so i'm searching for equivalent transistors. Do you have current models to replace them?

Hi Coter,

Do you need again ? - Replace for 137651/52 are BD243C / 244C .

Im repairing my Bose 2683; if you have any question, let me know. Thommy
